In early 2018, the State of California enforced the AB 168 law, which affected the decision by which employers should seek employment history for job seekers to provide jobs to their employers. As a member of the staff executive search industry, I thought it was necessary to better understand the legal impact this would have on my customers and my staff companies. My friend, who lives in the neighborhood of Dennis Kappeer, told me that I should extend my hand because she handles the Labor Law (mainly the Labor Compensation) well. I was able to secure a timely appointment with Dennis. When I met her, she was familiar with the new law, gave me the conditions to follow, and taught me how to help clients with traditional job hunting. I was really satisfied with the guide because I had been planning for about an hour (even a little more). She told me that I could create legal documents and letters that I could use and provide additional services that could be sent to customers. Before I received this service, I was grateful that she was thinking of taking a step forward, and that position was in contrast to someone who simply wanted to boost sales.
As a person who always had a conversation with a professional and network, it was very easy to connect with Dennis. She is a very knowledgeable and easy-to-execute way to read legal terminology, translate it into an easy-to-understand way. He also has a rich sense of humor and likes to be active in the Long Beach community. Dennis' office was easy to find and there were many parking lots on the street and around. The rest of the staff were welcome, but most of my experience and time spent with Dennis.

Dennis, Paula and her team are all excellent. I have been with her since 2007. My life would have changed and I wouldn't have done this without her and Paula. They fight for "all rights" and know how to "not reconcile" with "not accepting your rights", with the rights you receive and less than the rights you need. We have integrity, compassion, and skills to meet all your needs. There is one thing that I care about, so I can focus on treatment and care. They are the team you want and need your side. I sincerely trust Dennis, Paula, Christina, Indy and her other very knowledgeable and professional and caring teams. I don't want any more. I'm very happy with her on my side.
