Honesty, honesty, compassion, follow the course, patience. This legal group and the professionals who work there are described in several words. I took Swati as my chief lawyer, and as the case progressed, one of Swati's most capable lawyers took over my case! After a 14-month drama due to a delay in the judiciary and a problem with the defendant, Rita helped me succeed and win the case. It was a long few months ago, but I was really glad that there was a law association under my umbrella. If you need a lawyer, go and recommend it to everyone!

I consulted with Swati and was told by my family friend.  Invited by Mr. Swati's first consultation, he decided to use her as a divorce or custody attorney.  The situation began to worsen after we received the prices of our retainers.  If you decide to use the Desai Family Law as your defense counsel, don't let Marori handle any documents or suits.  She is careless about her work and doesn't turn to the details.  I should have known that this was the first time she sent me an email asking for a contract with the retainer who signed me.  You will be notified that the signed agreement was sent by fax two days ago, and then you will receive an email stating that you found the Retainer Agreement I signed.  This isn't a big problem, but it's just a mistake.  However, I had instructed Marori to change her parental schedule to a settlement proposal.  Of course, I wanted to take more time with the children and attached a photo of the change I requested.  I asked Marori to show me the attached photo.  Apparently, Malori did not see the attached photo and sent the proposal several times by email without any changes I requested.  They also demanded the time and waste of work spent on Marori's negligence.  After all, I had to call Maroli, tell him which email to open, and what to do.  I don't recommend using Swati Desai and her law firm.  Parents who experience custody cases need lawyers to experience a lot of stress and to be confident.  To be honest, I didn't have the confidence that Swati would represent me as my counsel and I had to fire her a week before my date in court.  A few months before the trial date, Swati called me aggressively and said that the trial date was approaching.  I had to remind her that the court date was postponed and that the court date was changed later.  Her answer is, "Wait.  Oh, yes,"  During this conversation, Swati gave me false legal advice.  I questioned Swati's legal advice and emailed Maroli to see if Swati's words were correct.  Malori's email was inconsistent with Swazi's legal advice. In fact, Swati's legal advice was wrong.  During another important phone call, Swati put me on hold twice.  I'm charged for the full length of the phone, and her charges are not cheap!  One week before I went to the court, Swati called me and asked me, "Wait, when are you going to the court?"  Also during this phone call, I asked Swati if I have seen my important email since two days ago.  She replied, "What email?  Oh, that email.  What was that email about?"  After this phone call, I found a new lawyer and decided to fire Swati as a lawyer.  Many lawyers don't think they remember all the dates of the customer's court, but at least wait until the phone call is over and check the trial dates.  Don't ask your client, "Wait, when will the court date be?"  (Please take this as constructive criticism.)  One week before the court date, I was worried about the stress and delusion that I had to dismiss Swati, but my parents don't want it.  Soon after Swati's replacement, I emailed a ridiculous bill.  I tried to call Swati on a business phone and discuss the charges, but I noticed that she had blocked the number.  If Swati was familiar with my case/file, he would have blocked my contact information (my personal phone number).  I called her from my phone number and she refused to talk about the charges.  I expected some professionalism and experience to the price they charged, but it didn't happen.  We don't recommend this company and suggest looking for other locations.  Orange County Region has many good options at a more reasonable rate.  The phrase "Accept what you paid" does not apply here.  Also, don't be surprised if you ask for more money a few weeks before the trial date.

If I could grade it as zero stars. It's a non-working company, no customer-friendliness, all of them money. I found out that this company used my position and used all the retainers I had, and I hired this company in poor financial condition  I didn't even bother to inform you, because I know the financial conditions I live in, so if I had enough time to continue to use their services, I could at least do some moral research. Basically, just before I went to trial, I had to pay more money, or they told me that I had to withdraw my appeal and keep going. I couldn't afford to pay any more. So they did not have financial problems, so they gave me advance notice at least two days before the court. This trial was a very important one for keeping my daughter. I had to express myself and represent myself, and of course, it was the most stressful emotional thing I had ever experienced. In my review, I just want to say that this company is really a matter of money. So, if you want to understand your needs and trust and good expression that really wants the best results, think...
