When I was twenty, my mother passed away without permission. After that, I tried to recover my mother's property, and it was a bitter, insidious, long legal dispute with my family.

I was young, and I felt completely flawed at the lawsuit which was a sacrifice of my mind and body, but I was with you every step. She was very practical and, instead of sending a representative, was often urged to appear directly at a court hearing. She meets me and talks about how to deal with her strategy, presents me with each choice and pros and cons, and ultimately allows me to determine the best course of action based on my needs and goals. With regard to the litigation process, it was completely transparent and the two parties were expected to be right. My case had a lot of nuances, but I was surprised by her tremendous resolve and the strong sense of justice that carried it through. She is not only very clever, but also considerate people who sincerely want to help others. In the industry where lawyers feel sleeping, the prefecture is fresh air.

When I was in the most difficult part of my life, whether it was a lawyer or a man, the prefecture was one of those who helped me. I can't recommend her enough.

I don't think you are the same. She was soon able to fix what the former lawyer could not have done. She set the date of the trial within a few weeks of my absence. She was on a date in the Imperial Court and it was very warm. She knew that I wasn't a problem person, but that legal counseling was needed at every stage. She showed me the law  I was educated to say that she allowed me to make a decision, and if I didn't think it was the best way, she told me so. She always gives me both for and against.

She also stood in front of me and opposed his lawyer. It was amazing to wear the hat of a client or a representative lawyer. She has a job and gets serious "in the ring."

I am proud to say that keeping her is one of the best decisions in my divorce. Of course, I should've found it earlier.

M.  Zwierzchowski provided me with legal representation from December 2011 to February 2014 to obtain the legal custody of unfaithful parents between the same sex. Despite the lack of support from several lawyers, Zwierzchowski took up my appeal: She understood that even though the law did not facilitate this situation, it was necessary to keep the same-sex families intact after the relationship was dissolved for the benefit of the child.  He also understood and willingly supported untrue parents. The incident was complex and difficult, but Mr. Diwaltschouski was persistent and brave in the face of obstacles.  Her efforts to believe that non-real parents have the same rights as their parents to raise their children were the basis of the success of the case.
