Amanda helped protect my house with Leetwood! ! The real property line built in 1971 was not properly investigated and actually cut across our roadway. The new owner of the adjacent vacant lot turned down the mediation, building a chain link fence only for the car. Amanda looked at all our options and we submitted a prescriptive relaxation bill that was finally brought to court.
The ability to outline the Amanda incident, present evidence, and read the judges through the six necessary things to meet all requirements was fun.
