I've called a lot of people to ask about their roommates who don't pay their rent on time. It needed information on evictions and suggestions to make her pay or go out. After many days of discussions with a disrespectful lawyer, he was even more dissatisfied with their negative scenario for the stalled roommate...  Tracy was the other way around to scare me into hiring. He was very useful. It would take three months to take her out...I have never spoken of a bad scenario that threatens me to hire him. I called and emailed several times. Great lawyer! ! In the "notice of pending suit" situation regarding my property  I called his office and they were all very useful.  Gera was so quick to help me that she did a professional job.  He immediately gave me some options.  My problem was solved in a few days, and above all I took no money! Mr. Guerra sent a letter to the opposite lawyer to withdraw his "notice" and then to appeal to the court.  The lawyer on the other side agreed and sent all the paper work to Mr. Guerra's office.  I had my messenger come to get the newspaper job from his office and everything was decided.  It's hard to find such a lawyer!  I strongly recommend his services to those who seek advice or advice on legal matters.   I'm very pleased with his efforts!

I came from outside the state and needed a lawyer to handle evictions. I found Tracy on the net.  When I called, his staff were kind and very helpful. I didn't know anything about the quality of his service and decided to give him a chance.  Wow, I couldn't make a better choice. It began with a brief eviction, but my tenant had a nightmare. My tenant objected to the eviction and filed a suit in a federal court. The best defense of the landlord!  Organize, simplify,  Tracy will fight for you. Every time I called his office to find updates and next steps, everyone in his office was professional and knowledgeable.   I didn't need to explain the whole of my case to them.  Everything was in my file.  Having spent a long time on the phone, I didn't know he was a lawyer when I talked to him.  A lawyer seldom does it.  He was very careful, patient, and did not use much of my favorite "legal term."  Some lawyers use the words of lawyers, so I don't know half of what they have just explained.  He made the best deal with us compared to the others in the court.  It took two months for the tenant to leave.  At 11 o'clock, the tenant had a kidney stone and said that they needed a place for surgery and healing, so they had to stay for two more weeks.  He called their bravado in court, and the judge saw through the tenant's tactics, and observed the original decision of eviction on the date of its origin. In the end, don't shop.  Let Tracy and his team do their best, win! ! High price and great service! !!

Tracy has recently helped us in a confused eviction.  It is rare to see such a capable and straight lawyer.  If there are ten stars, I want twenty.  I can't tell you about Dave W.'s experience, but I can say that my experience (especially with the awkward and complex evictions) was smooth, very fast, and affordable.  Tracy handles all evictions of a small apartment of 8 units, and we have never experienced a little hiccup.  10 stars...Minimum
