I found this law firm on line. Their website provides "free consultation". I have many locals, so I decided to visit the company instead of calling. After arriving, I met a very rude receptionist and told me that this "free consultation" was limited to Mr. Law who decided to accept my case. Since he was not at the office, I couldn't speak directly with him. The receptionist said that he would withdraw my information and forward it to Mr. Law. I have never received a call from their office. A few weeks later I sent Mr. Law again an email explaining my case. I didn't get an answer again. If he thinks that my case is not worth it, at least give him a professional and courteous answer to those who will enrich you.

Joseph H. Lo IV spoke for me in case I thought I didn't have much hope. He listened to the facts I had to say and got my hope back. He said that we had an incident and I made him work. Now, thanks to him, I'm back to my favorite job and I can't have enough gratitude for him. I don't hesitate to ask for his guidance and legal services again (if I don't want them again).
