For a long time, Michelle has been recognized as one of the major authority on firearms law at both the state level and the federal level, and has played a major role in defending and forming the rights and legislation for Section 2 amendment over 20 years. He has created one of the most important legislative issues that impede legal efforts to ensure gun rights, representing many of the most prominent firearm organizations, including NAS, California guns and the Pistol Association. He frequently participates in national media discussions on the right to revise Article 2. He is an attached professor at the University of Chapman's Faculty of Law and the author of the California Gun Law.
