It was a long way off, but the second mortgage finally settled. Owing to McFarlane and the patience and diligence of the men, the mortgage was entirely forgiven. I especially appreciate Mary Gunther's patient response to me for the past year or two. Yes, they were right when I continued to patiently tell me even though it took so long. This is a major turning point for my financial situation, and it will be exciting under the shadow of underwater real estate, which has not been likely to have positive results for decades. Thanks to Mary and Paul!

With sincerity,
Matt Hisch
