Mr. Kestner put my boyfriend's representative in the firecase. Unfortunately, his boyfriend was pulled by two policemen and went to look for the place where the firearms were found. Mr. Kestner is very honest with us, and prepares for the worst, but stands in the court with a great quarrel. My boyfriend is already a felon, and I have made this felon a minor offense, a probation officer, regardless of the sentence. No one is satisfied with this result. And I recommend that anyone hire Mr. Kestner as your representative. He knows both inside and outside the penal code and is loved and respected by long seaside courts. I was overwhelmed by the bouncer and the Long Beach police.  I didn't do anything really bad, but I was charged with three minor crimes.  My only witness was too scared to testify on my behalf.  Matt Kestner was on the web when he looked for a Long Beach detective.  The lawyer's friend said that everyone lied and I would lose.  Other friends discouraged me.  I continued the jury trial.  Matt defended me well and took down all my luggage.  I was very uneasy at the long trial of a week, but when the trial was over, I was very happy to find a good lawyer.  I don't mind recommending Matt Kestner to people involved in trouble.

After chasing her house, parking in our driveway, and starting to harass while taking her video on a mobile, I was harassed several times. I heard a cry to see what was going on, and ran out. I asked him several times to leave our property, and he kept declining.
Without giving any details, I persuaded him to leave and I was charged with several minor crimes. The DA refused to drop the charges, admitted that I had not committed any crime, imprisoned, fined thousands, went to probation offices and asked me to do "community labor".
Kastner demanded a trial at my request and all charges were withdrawn. No trial required.  
From my limited experience of the legal system, I found that I really needed someone to be your ally, Kestner did it for me! The result is no more satisfactory. I highly recommend it.

First of all, Mr. Kestner would say what he was doing was really great. From the time you speak with him you will find yourself in the hands of a competent and skilled expert who knows the law like the back of his hand.

I ran into a car accident and escaped from the scene where I met at home with seven police cars. I was mentioned for beating and running away with a minor offense, driving without insurance, and not yielding. I was also considered a "mistake" of the clash. I was very scared, especially when I was driving for a job.

I visited several lawyers until I happened to see Mr. Kestner's website. As soon as I spoke to him, I assured me that what he did first was not as afraid as I. He calmly asked the facts of the case. I called him every time I spoke to him and called him (not a secretary or answering machine). He said he would make a so-called civil compromise. In other words, instead of dropping criminal proceedings against me, I decide to pay with cash.

My job was the wind of the incident and I almost killed him. I would like to thank the detective lawyer and thank him from the bottom of my heart.  Matt Kestner.  I needed him two jobs.  Matt was strongly recommended by my family lawyer.  Matt dismissed my first case because of hard work and hard work.  The second case was brought to court until Matt's devotion and the meticulous, thoughtful debate was over.  I was found not guilty.

I had little talk with Mr. Kestner. He helped me find a choice to help my friend in custody.  He was amazing!   The other lawyer I contacted didn't even phone me, but he replied to me within an hour, helped me to understand my options and recognize me very much.
