Since 2000, Bruce Boswell's law firm has been located in the World Trade Center in downtown Long Beach, specializing in the expression of children with disabilities who are entitled to service and support under national and federal law. The company can offer services in Spanish, Korean and Vietnamese. By design, the company is limited to Boswell, support staff, and associate counseling. This model ensures that customers are always a personal representative of Boswell.

We represent children with disabilities who demand special education services under the Disabled Education Act ("IDEA"). Our main focus is on the government process and the representation of autistic children in federal courts. Our goal is to get the services and support we need to help our customers get the right public education free in the least restrictive environment. In addition to the special case of education, we represent the people with development disabilities under the Lanterman Act, a state law that guarantees the rights of consumers entitled to the service that maximizes their lives and work throughout the region.
As a result of his experience representing the autistic son, Bruce left the law firm he was affiliated with in 1984 and recently started practicing himself as a partner for the handicapped. Blues has been able to conduct hundreds of customers, mainly autistic children, mediation, hearing and litigation in federal courts since he founded his company. Bruce is "AV" Maintain. From 2007 to 2008, our children were found to have not received the proper education she was entitled to. It was terrible to have to go against the school district. They have resources and manpower. We decided at that time. Hire Bruce Boswell.

In 2000, our son was diagnosed with autism at the age of three. It was very bright when he started school, but he was put into a "special" class and all the children received special requests. School districts prefer this model because it is the cheapest for them, but not the best for children. His symptoms and actions quickly deteriorated. I called Bruce on the recommendation of a friend. Bruce helped us to plan a full participation plan, and eventually we had a hearing, and we had to help with the mediation by folding the school district.
I am glad to report that my son graduated from high school last year at 4.2 GPA. He is a first year student at UC Irvine.
