This review was excluded for some reason (2). I'm a Canadian who lived in the United States for more than 30 years and married an American citizen. For many years I contacted many law firms (including INS (INS)) and asked them to wait for a pardon, but they asked me not to leave the country. I decided to continue working hard, and at this law firm I consulted Chris Reed for free. He asked a lot of questions and explained the process and told me that based on his questions, I could only guarantee that I felt in a good position. He wrote me a service estimate, called several people for a free consul, and I called Chris again, discussed all the things that the three other lawyers had said, and he answered each of them. I was very calm to him, and after checking all his questions and questions that he had consulted me for about a half hour, I decided to hire him. Before that, he was patient and was bombarded with questions by phone or email, and he answered with pleasure. I was looking for a sense of security as to why I thought I had a good case. Reed told me that I could make my own files...But if something went wrong, I wanted a guarantee to hire a company that knew the company's belongings. I'm so glad!

I knew that it would be a great bet and not a desirable result. It's the danger I needed to take.

Mr. Leads and staff made all the processes very simple to me. I had to provide all the necessary documents (photos, birth certificates, tax information, passport, etc.). He filled out all the information I provided and the confusing form, and I had a client portal to log in, so I always knew about all the communications from USCIS in addition to my case.  I had a slight and abnormal medical barrier, answered Mr. Reed, and offered his exemption.

My case was approved on 8 December and I could not be happier! I read other reviews and honestly concluded that one. No one (any profession, no one) is pleased. This is immigration...The reviewer did not ask enough questions, misunderstood the process, mistook the document or fact. It's a good reputation that misleads clients, and I think it's frustrating for small business owners themselves!

In my experience, the staff was friendly and answered questions and answered my mother's questions throughout the entire process. It's more difficult and more complicated than I), and I've provided some links of information that might help her situation, and even talked to her over the phone for free. Regardless of the fact that she is not a customer who pays money, and that her situation is not related to my situation. The price he told me was fair and firm...There were few extra fees, such as small copies and postal charges, but they let me know that they will come in advance. If my results were different, I would have been disappointed, but I would not have thought that it was not a fault of the law firm. My best advice is to consult with many different companies for free and ask a lot of questions (customers, situations are different and can bring new/unexpected information). You can consult with a variety of companies for free, write down all the points that each can raise, and work with other companies until you find a point that is satisfactory. Another thing I want to worry about is (I sometimes lost my sigh) not just you...Reed and the staff didn't let me feel the burden, and they didn't let me feel that the phone wasn't important. The receptionist listened to my baby in the background and was kind and kind.

I would like to recommend this law firm to you and continue. This is a problem for me for over 30 years, and I'm glad I came behind! Thank you for your patience, perseverance and understanding of me, Mr. Reed and my staff. I know I can be a few. )

It is not easy in life for those who work with the worst to be on the deportation list. Two American children will be ten times as burden of grief. I thought Brian would answer, or maybe it would be a little useful, but I thought it would be completely useless. After paying 5,000 dollars and 10 months, they had never been there. When I report to ICE, they always come up with something that sounds like urgent. Ten months later, in my case nothing has been done. Those who know these companies
I refuse to offer services to me and all my money goes away
Brian
Thank you for the worst company in the United States

Adding this old post to Long Beach Office because other Eli Preview has ended....

This is an example of my experience with him. He says he will help him and asks for a lot of money. Then, if approved or rejected, you can proceed in either direction. Then he says he will hand in another document. And you need to pay another high price. He will continue to pay this fee. And since you're in the system and investing a lot of money to spend, he doesn't know from the beginning, so he'll spend more than he said from the beginning. He has a lot of hidden money. He doesn't let me know the final price. He charges you when he visits 27 parking lots every time four other guests may come. He asks for a copy of 10c or so...I charge for everything. Greedy people can say in a word about his work. His rates may have gone up by now, but about eight years ago. Dating a lawyer from the Immigration Bureau is a terrible and horrible experience. He has too many difficult cases to handle, so he can't handle it with great care. I don't recommend this company to anyone. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find a good immigration officer.

I was able to get valuable advice about my legal situation. It seemed easier than I thought. Thank you for your help. I recommend it.

Mr. Lerner and Mr. Reed are very accurate to all the information I received. I strongly recommend their law firm to suit the needs of your immigration bureau.

Our staff has provided services as professionals.  There is no false hope or promise, it only provides all legal options.   On line payment and communication is just one of the tools that can help you reduce the burden and convenience of the entire process.  I am most grateful that they understood my situation well and found the best solution to my problem.

Watch out for this lawyer. If I had a way to give him a "0" star, I would do it. I was near my house, so I came here, a big mistake. C. Reed looked at my papers, which were on the USCIS CD at that time. And he said it would be best to go to the Immigration Office in the lower town of Russia to see my case in person. When I wanted to go with him, he said that he should go alone. Also, by a big mistake, he thought he would go to see my case, so he charged me $1,000. He called me up on Friday and told me to look into it. I called him on Friday, but he didn't answer. I even called on Saturday. I even called on Monday. I called on Tuesday, but still nothing happened. On Wednesday, he calls me again saying he can't work with people like me. He said he wanted to know about his case, which he paid 1,000 dollars. If not, a few months after the incident today I received a letter saying I still own $80. I can't believe it. I deeply regret the day I set foot in this place. Give me some advice.

I am very pleased with the results of my case that Brian D. Lerner's law firm was able to provide. They did a great job and worked closely with me on the matter. All that happened about my case is reported, and they will explain everything well to me so I can understand it. You can also speak Spanish because it feels more comfortable in case English is not the first language. I always recommend Brian D. Lerner's law firm to my family and friends. Thank you, everyone! !

I took over the business of Brian D Lerner's law firm while applying for permanent residency. Based on my previous experience with the immigration attorney (H1-Bs, extension number), Lerner took the place of me in preparing and submitting documents.

My case is also very simple and I have been deeply involved in this process. I had to do business when my H1-B expired and my residency card was issued (already allowed). This was successful because Chris (the other lawyer in the office) applied for me a "parole" and guided me through the process of accepting it.

Is this done by myself or cheaper? Maybe. I completed the deletion of the conditions and finally the application for US citizenship (result: both were allowed). However, at first, I felt that there were a lot of applications for "residence status", and the treatment of our company and staff was accepted.

The cost of making the original residence seemed more reasonable than other lawyers and legal professionals.

I've never written a review before, but

this lawyer and his actions are mean.  He and his incompetent staff, through both folly and malice, always misrepresented the facts, and with my boyfriend and me, made vain efforts to return to the country.  After all, I found a good lawyer and gave me good advice. Dr. Lerner suggested not to waste the money and effort to get a visa.  My boyfriend didn't intend to get qualified, but the lawyer still charges him for the application).

I did another good thing.  My boyfriend, as the immigration lawyer knows, sent a bill to his old address.  The invoice was invalid and was invalid for what the boyfriend borrowed.  and when neither payment nor reply, he followed him and sent the money-collector.  Stupid, bad?

With the intensity of everyday mistakes, I can move on, but some want to harass. Don't trust such important things or high things to these people.  I don't trust anyone in this company to pick up my dog poop. It's my Hubbras Espanol that decides my residency.  Ancontral Arghien Mas Digno de Confianza.

Watch out!  I had a very unpleasant feeling with Brian D. Lerner.  I quickly brought out the money, but in our case we did nothing and Brian and his staff felt very uncomfortable as people and professionals.  Our case was denied, but was handled later  approved by another company   Very few people call this place Mill, flip the various cases and write it on Yelp.    In my opinion, he has many good lawyers.

I was illegally brought to this country when I was three years old. I've got married and have two sons. My case was not difficult, but I always knew that I might have to leave the country. And by getting a real lawyer, you can reduce your chances. I looked it up on line and found them. I became their client in 2011 and then I arrived at their office in downtown Long Beach. The lawyer to whom I was entrusted was Christopher Reed, who immediately refused my chance and gave me no guarantee.
After I signed up with them, Christopher explained the process and possibilities. It took me a long time to gather all the necessary things to complete the immigration procedure. They have several trainees that can help you organize your files. Meanwhile, I kept in touch with Christopher himself. Chris and Intern were very useful and always answered questions. I asked him to attend the interview. It was not cheap, but it was worth it. After all, I got a house. Their efforts and dedication to the details were rewarded.
They are real lawyers and know what they are doing. If you are trying to gain stability in this country......  I strongly recommend them. They are expensive $$$, but they are worth it.
Good luck! !!!
