Veronica was wonderful. It's just professionalism and candid honesty. What surprised me about her was how quickly she reacted to my first inquiry and help. I probably contacted the other three lawyers. She first answered the question about the timing of my situation and invited me to discuss only my possible cases. It may have been two months since I hired her, but at that time she was very helpful in making a schedule of what she could do on her own until she needed to hire her. I went into the court and did nothing, but she did everything for me!

If necessary, hire her again with the heartbeat. You don't have to hire her again!

Your illness continues for months. Veronica Guzman will not respond to your email, phone or message. As other reviews on Yelp testify, she receives money and blocks all communications. It is slow to hand in court documents. I will not answer the trial in a reasonable time. I think it was because I lost two cases with this lawyer and she didn't act positively. She seems to have been on the side of the loser. Bias. I will decide. Input Unreliable. the worst experience in my time I didn't pay for her work, but I hoped I would know she was lazy.

This must be one of the worst experiences I had with my lawyer. I started the process on June 13, 2017. Veronica didn't return one of my calls. I will send an email here and then call both numbers. After trying again and again, you will receive an email at the end. On August 17, I finally heard that the resident did not respond to the documents he had sent out, and we had done the default procedure. I asked what the next step was, but I didn't hear anything. It's ridiculous that I can't answer my phone and can't reply! If you want someone who wants to get the unit back, don't come! !

A nightmarish scam happened in a restaurant that I sold 17 years ago. Before I found Veronica, I experienced four lawyers and many disappointment. I am really grateful. I enjoyed talking with a really great professional lawyer when I was consulted.  Quick, direct, honest answer!  Jewels!  The answers to my questions, the good news, the bad news, and frankly, it was very valuable.  In this case, you need to find out if it is appropriate to keep her service, but if you want to do it for something in the future, you can call without hesitation.

Veronica is the best lawyer I've ever worked with.  She is very honest and ethical.  She tells you in advance what is needed, the best way to do it, and how much it costs. I think her fee is very reasonable for California.  I felt like I was working outside the state at my neighbor's house.  It's so fast to go back and forth to the phone or email.  She gave me as much advice as she could.  If you are the landlord of a rented house, Veronica is recommended.  You are not disappointed.  I want to use her again, but I sold my property in California.  I wish I could use her in Georgia, which I am currently investing in.  I'm having trouble finding her clever lawyer.

Veronica is amazing! We were in the situation of the landlord of a very troublesome tenant. Veronica was hard to pay, helped me prepare for the trial and prepare for the trial, and a few months later helped me to finish all the work. Veronica is a very ethical lawyer. I was impressed by the recent eviction of Veronica Guzman, the Eviction Prosecutor  had  I saw the first eviction in a long time.  Most tenants go out quietly. I had a previously disputed borrower, but the contract with the other lawyer...and some knew how to extend the tenant's stay. We were within the limits of the lease and the rules, but Veronica had a hard time getting through all the problems that arose in the process.      Her calm and intelligent response to this case is wonderful! She's a great ally, and she's been working with me as the owner, the real estate agent, and the real estate lawyer.  She also knows she works as a team!  Recommended  If you are in a position to evict the tenant in question, Veronica Guzman.

I asked for legal help from Veronica last July. The family and I were in a very difficult situation for the tenant to leave. When I found Veronica and she agreed to accept the case, I was very happy and relieved. She did an excellent job to deal with our case. She is very early and always on schedule. Veronica is very experienced. It was a difficult situation, but Veronica made it easy to respond. We are very pleased with her legal representative.
