Most Angelino people have read about the ever-continuing red-light fraud. Well, I've decided to be honest and not ignore it because it's in the permanent record. You don't have to bite you after life when something comes back. I was lazy in response to the violation, and of course, a $300 delinquency charge was added. It hurts. I called Mr. Dustrapper, but he came back to me the same day. Even though I had just left the state, I discussed the test and what to do. He was able to appear twice on my behalf, cut the fine by about one-half of the principal, take up the late charge and pay the ticket. After paying for the court and the legal fees, the original ticket is paid, and the insurance fee will not go up after the five-dollar transportation school class. Besides the phone, he has a very simple on line system to send messages and documents that are needed, and is careful. David is a friendly and professional person with time and value.

When times are different, you may find yourself in the wrong place.  It is difficult for our citizens, who are not accustomed to this situation, to safely overcome it.  The day after I was in this situation, I volunteered to go and consult the detective, and made an excuse to answer any question.  Instead, I was actually asked a question and asked to be totally restless (more appropriately and coerced).  "It's business," is the word that the detective has repeatedly stuck in my memory.  Fortunately, the shirt and baseball cap may not have made it clear, but the business is my specialty.  In business, important tenants know when external support is needed.  I found it in David.

The next Sunday, I contacted many lawyers.  Many people were unable to contact me and some did not even know the legality of the very ordinary accusations I was facing!  When David answered me on another phone, I was investigating my suspicions with a lawyer.

I've got over several traffic tickets for years and my DL was already in a stop. I learned all of these because I was thrilled to move to another state. I called Traffic Attis and David's office several times, and one of them called me back.

They were looking for people who knew about fines, the possibility of a license suspension, driving points and other information.  I can't afford to lose my license or spend in front of a judge on my own.   David Dustrapp's law firm stood up for me and in my case it was "DISSMISSED".  I didn't even have to step into the court.  I could not recommend any other qualified lawyer.

Thanks to David Dustraps, the trump has been reduced! If he wasn't there, he would have written in my current record and paid more money. When I received my cell-phone ticket, I didn't think the police would impose a speeding violation if I hadn't! When I was given a ticket, the policeman said nothing about my speed, so I was surprised to see an additional car code written on my ticket. I knew I had to fight!
