Wade C. Johnson has been active in real estate and construction issues since 1978. At first, he was active as the manager of a house builder, later a merchant, a cost estimate, a project manager, and then a key builder in Southern California. During this period, he actively worked on a wide range of projects including both public and private construction, commerce, hospitality, industrial construction, and large-scale general civil engineering projects. Mr. Johnson had been working full-time at a construction company from February 1991 to December 1994, until he received his Doctor of Juris's Doctor, and went to law school at night. He took the bar exam in February 1995 and received a license to be a California prosecutor in June of that year. He has continued to sue for real estate and construction.
