Todd is the founder and chief lawyer of the Gallinger Act. He has long been interested in law and has a way to use it to make positive changes to individuals and society. Todd was permitted to practice law in California and New York, and went to Santa Barbara, the University of California, where he acquired B.A. Since the Gallinger Act was enacted in 2005, Todd has supported companies, individuals and non-profit entities with various legal issues, and has earned a PhD in Juris honorary status from the Department of Religion and the University of George Washington Law. This includes complex, multi-regional, international business litigation. Todd is currently focused on providing business services to customers to help them achieve their business and personal goals.
Todd is also a non-profit executive, management consultant, intellectual property license expert, and director. He is also involved in local politics and community in Sokar.

I received an employment-based I-485 (green card) application that took three times more time than the official USCIS processing time. We've used up all the options, including contacting USCIS, supporting Congress, Infopass missions, and ombudsman. I left two options. Wait for a long time or file a lawsuit? After consulting with Todd Gallinger on the phone, I decided to file a lawsuit. A few months after the lawsuit, my case was successfully resolved. Todd had set up useful, accurate, realistic expectations from the beginning and patiently explained the whole process. He was frank and honest about the proceedings and the time of the resolution. After the lawsuit, he responded quickly to my personal email and the request from the defendant. He is both knowledgeable and experienced, expert and agile. It is recommended as an immigration lawyer.

First, I would say that I simply have no words to say how much I appreciate Todd Gallinger's help. I had a long-term immigration incident for citizenship since 1998. For many years, I believed that this incident would be solved by myself, but it continued without an end. During that time I called the office of the State Legislator, but they weren't very useful. I also tried to contact a lawyer in Atlanta, but she left a message, sent two emails, and didn't even answer. One day a friend of my family introduced me to Mr. Todd Gallinger. Todd is polite, kind, considerate, and professional. My nationality was supposed to be approved in 2006, but not yet in 2017. It took me only four months to get in touch with Todd. He explained the whole process clearly to me and wanted to be realistic without a false promise, but after all it was very effective. I am very grateful to my family friend who introduced me to Todd. My fiancee and I came to Todd Gallinger at the end of the trust contest and were somewhat disappointed. Fortunately, Todd got through all the BS and got to the core of the problem. When Todd brought my fiancée to court, his brother, who was almost dirty with his pants, tried to play with Gallinger, but he answered with a polite confidence. We didn't go to court because our brother, who is fighting, wanted to settle the matter. To my surprise, I solved it better than I thought. This is not only a good lawyer, but he is a great lawyer.
