About

The story begins with a bedroom on the second floor, one of the three founding partners of the company. After graduating from law school and passing the Michigan Bar Examination, our company's partner filed a lawsuit against one of the "big 3" car manufacturers. Around the same time, another "Big 3" car manufacturer called for us to prevent future lawsuits. After all, I got out of the house and moved to a commercial district near Detroit, Michigan. Since then, he has moved to Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin and California. The three company's founding partners are still actively managing and practicing the lemon law. Dell has the customer's top priority and the "attitude" of the small business. I remember being sued by a major car maker and proud of showing the best interests in the case.

Last July, in mid-405, my car broke down, so I decided to contact my lawyer. To be honest, although the incident hasn't happened very often, I wanted a small settlement, but I got more results than I expected. It was a long process, but in the end it was completely worth it. Don't go out with such a group of unethical lawyers.

For months, you will always be asked what is the "final results". In fact, the email is sent and the client is billed very strongly. 0) This is ridiculous for each email that reads and creates. You don't believe me? ! When I can't believe it, I attached an invoice with a breakdown of the cost charged by the company, so please check yourself.

honest and candid. Michael spent time explaining the process.  Expectations I realized in our discussion that more documents were needed. A very good group to work with.  The time they gave me was almost exactly followed.  It's a long process (6-8 months for me) but they answered all my questions and didn't put me in the dark. Four weeks. Something happened four weeks later.  I got the top dollar on the cruise (really 5 years old) and the dealer was also impressed by the repurchase.  I recommend it.

Since Nissan Centra in 2013 was a lemon, we used this law firm in 2014. The car gave us problems every day, but their lawyers and their staff finished their work. They took back my money and turned out the dark add-on of the car dealers to our car price. You can see that the staff here is examining your case with their fine teeth. I am completely satisfied with the results of the Lemons Court against Ford Focus no longer owned! I went to the Internet without knowing anything about the law.  I was afraid to answer the phone, though I got general information by clicking on the law firm I first met. I clicked on "Consumer Affairs" in the next law firm. Something on their page calmed me and I called them.

I explained my situation, I was advised by the Lemon Law and asked for a document. From there, I started for the race.

When my case was accepted, the voyage went smoothly. My expectation was that they would use their expertise to get the best solution required by the law. They answered my expectations. Yes!

Good interpersonal relationship. I can't remember the last time I worked on an organization with such expertise. I contacted three lawyers and two legal experts. Nissan Log in 2013 was lemon. I didn't know what to do. The day after I replaced the CVT tranny I received a postcard by mail from this company and thought they would help me. I called them and sent them all the repairs, but it seems that something happened to me. It took me two months to buy the lemon back to Nissan from the beginning.

I have recently returned the car to Ford and I really like how Consumer Legal simply did this process. I felt that it was necessary to thoroughly investigate before I went with them, and I was happy to have joined their company and had an interview.  I am grateful that they were with me because it takes many hours. They gave me a step-by-step walk, and they called their offices and provided great services even if they left messages regularly. It seems that the representatives are all in one. Above all, I was very impressed that they were working on my case. He worked hard in a short period of time and produced very good results with Ford Fiesta lemon in 2013. Someone has asked for a time frame. Everything depends on your situation and case...There are factors that hasten things (such as the schedule of mediation), and factors that delay things (such as the need to be completed like additional repairs). We also found that some manufacturers are intentionally pulling out processes that I think would have happened if I didn't go to CLS. Useful:)

I don't think anyone like me needs a lemon attorney, but I can't recommend CLLA/Consumer Affairs and Charles Lee enough. After I bought a new VW that broke down on my way home and failed a warranty repair attempt for months, I worked with Charles and my team to solve the situation. Although the terms of the settlement are secret, Charles's schedule and expectations are shared and not a quick process, I think it's important that he did exactly what he said.

This is a great achievement from the consumer legal department. Chris Robus explained clearly what he expected and what he expected, and in the process everything went as he explained. In spite of the delay in Subaru's headquarters, Mariana Morales returned the car and made a refund as Chris said. Due to a delay, Mariana had to pay the registration fee for the car, but she assured Subaru that she had received a refund. I agree with other views, but this office seems to be friendly and positive and enjoy working with an energetic and organized team. Most importantly, all of the representatives I spoke to were really competent, and they answered all the questions clearly and directly. I hired this law firm as P.C., a consumer law service. It looks like a California lemon lawyer The settlement they have acquired is legally classified and not detailed, but I would like to say that I was not happier than this service was offered and the settlement was reached. We strongly recommend this company to get help under the Lemon Law or perhaps in other areas to enforce the law.
